This study examined the digital transformation of Islamic education of Pesantren in Madura. This study employed qualitative approach, focusing on social education. The study was conducted using interview techniques for Kiai, santri, and researchers in Madura. There were three social facts in the digital transformation of Islamic education. First, the digital transformation in Kiai Pesantren Madura Perspective. Second, implementation of digital transformation of Islamic education at Pesantren Madura. Third, opportunities and challenges for pesantren in facing digital transformation in Islamic education. The Kiai in Pesantren Madura who initially practiced traditional Islamic education were following the development of digital transformation. The positive response can be seen from their perspective on the digital transformation of Islamic education and its implementation in facing digital transformation. Also, some Pesantren have prepared digital literacy facilities and human resources. Tahseen Zamanmtzjamai@gmail.com<p>This study explores cyber pedagogy potential under Islamic education management in vocational school. This study intends to investigate how to support teachers' professional development and mindset enhancement; the implemention; and the way in overcoming obstacles of cyber pedagogy. This research adopts a qualitative field research design with a phenomenological approach. Meanwhile, this study was conducted at Muhammadiyah Kajen Vocational School. This research’s primary data collection methods were observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews, involving six key informants, including stakeholders and teaching staff. The findings reveal that All aspects of educational systems, such as technology proficiency, mindset, and learning design, should be supported by this curriculum. Meanwhile, four steps can be taken to implement cyber-based leaning. The first strategy involves mapping knowledge and skills to needs. Second, the school needs to evaluate students and keep an eye on their performance. Third on the list is developing training based on needs analysis, which is followed by continuous programme assessment and monitoring. In the meantime, this programme adds to certain issues. The study addresses two research questions: (1) How does the integration of interactive technology influence ethical character development, according to lecturers in Islamic colleges? (2) What challenges do lecturers face in effectively utilizing interactive technology for nurturing ethical character education?. Data was collected through a survey of 50 lecturers from Islamic colleges in Madura, using a combination of closed-ended and open-ended questions. The findings reveal that integrating interactive technology positively affects ethical character development by enhancing student engagement, critical thinking, and moral reasoning. This research contributes to addressing a research gap by providing empirical evidence on the effectiveness of interactive technology in nurturing ethical character development in the context of Islamic colleges. Additionally, the study identifies challenges lecturers face in embracing the digital age, including limited technical skills, inadequate resources, and resistance to change. Addressing these challenges is crucial for maximizing the potential of interactive technology in character education programs. Overall, this research offers practical insights for educational institutions and policymakers, informing the design of strategies for incorporating interactive technology into character education programs while mitigating associated challenges.
