This research aims to examine the work ethic and work culture as well as the factors that influence the work ethic and work culture of Malay women in the Era of Globalization. The research focus is on Women Traders at the Pasar Induk Jakabaring. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach which aims to describe various facts accurately and systematically. There are two sources of data in this research, namely primary sources such as female traders. Secondary data sources through literature searches from books and journals. The research respondents were 8 traders. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, direct observation at the Pasar Induk Jakabaring Palembang and documentation. The collected data was analyzed using an interactive model, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that Palembang Malay women as traders at the Pasar Induk Jakabaring have a very good work ethic and a high work culture, namely the spirit of hard work, responsibility for family and work, having a spirit of mutual cooperation, respecting time, having a foresight and sincerity in work. Malay female traders also have an important role in meeting family needs, especially in economic matters.

New Waqf Paradigm: Integration of Islamic Commercial Finance and Islamic Social Finance

This paper discusses critiques of Indonesia's commercially-based waqf management and recommends solutions to improve waqf management to be more in line with Islamic principles and provide broader benefits to society. Criticism of commercial waqf management which includes waqf funds, lack of transparency and non-compliance with sharia principles. This paper underscores the importance of changing the paradigm of waqf management to integrate Islamic Social Finance (ISF) and Islamic Commercial Finance (ICF) to achieve Islamic economic goals that include social benefits and general welfare. By using normative types of research and conceptual approaches. This integration is expected to create a more inclusive and stable financial system and help overcome social and economic problems in Indonesia. In addition, this paper also discusses the basic principles in waqf management and the important role of waqf in the development of Islamic society. Through the implementation of productive commercial-based waqf, it is expected to improve the overall welfare of Muslims and make a positive contribution to sustainable development in Indonesia.

According to Musthafa al-Zarqa, Qawaidul Fiqhiyah are the basics of general and concise fiqh in the form of laws containing general sharia laws regarding various legal events that fall within the scope of these rules. The benefit of having qawaidul fiqhiyah is to provide more practical guidance derived from the text and spirit of the original text, namely the Koran and Al Hadith, which were generalized very carefully by previous scholars by paying attention to various fiqh cases that have occurred, so that the results are now easy to apply to the public. wide. Fiqh rules are not only used in ubudiyah, but in the muamalah kulliyah aspect there are also fiqh rules. The application of fiqh rules follows the development of economic transactions, one of which is at Shopee Barokah. With qualitative research methods and a descriptive approach, analysis and data collection uses the five principles of jurisprudence by Dr Abbas Arfan. Kinerja karyawan adalah motor penggerak berjalannya suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara etika kerja islami, kualitas pelayanan dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan perbankan syariah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menguji hubungan etika kerja islami, kualitas pelayanan dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan perbankan syariah. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purpossive sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perbankan syariah yang ada di Sumatera Barat. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari pengisian kuesioner melalui google form. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk menilai outer model dan inner model berdasarkan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertama etika kerja islami memiliki hubungan yang positif namun tidak signifikan dengan kinerja karyawan perbankan syariah. Temuan kedua menunjukkan menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perbankan syariah dan temuan ketiga dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan dalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan perbankan syariah.

Penanganan ekonomi menjadi hal penting dalam setiap daerah untuk memastikan kesejahteraan masyarakatnya dan setiap daerah pula memiliki prinsip dan kebijakan yang berbeda, seperti kabupaten Pamekasan memiliki kebijakan publik untuk mengatur perekonomian masyarakat dengan mempertimbangkan maslahah al-ammah dalam kebijakannya. Penelitian ini dikaji dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan hukum empiris menemukan bahwa Kabupaten Pamekasan memiliki peraturan perekonomian masa endemic yang termaktub dalam peraturan Kabupaten pamekasn No 3 Tahun 2022 tentang Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah dan Perekonomi Kreatif dengan memberikan pendampingan kepada masyarakat meliputi desai grafis, kuliner, olahraga, pemasaran dengan melibatkan beberapa lembaga terkait seperti Dinas Koperasi, Desperindag, Kepemudaan, Pedesaan, dan Pendamping dari Pemkab yang memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas masyarakat dalam meningkatkan perekonomian sehingga menjadi perekonomian yang kreatif.

Madura Island has many halal tourism destinations that need to be developed, one of which is Lon Malang beach which is located in Sampang Regency, the Regency is known for its people who are very thick with Islamic teachings. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the increase in Halal Tourism in terms of human resources and creative economy. The population and sample in this study were 91 respondents consisting of 37 administrative staff and 54 field workers who are creative economic actors in the halal tourism area of Lon Malang Beach, Sampang Regency, using a quantitative descriptive approach. The data analysis method uses measurement model analysis (Outer Model) and structural model analysis (Inner Model), while hypothesis testing uses t statistical test (partial) and f statistical test (simultaneous) which is assisted by statistical aids, namely SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that: 1) Human Resources has a significant effect on increasing halal tourism, 2) Creative Economy has a significant effect on Increasing Halal Tourism, 3) Human Resources and Creative Economy have a significant effect simultaneously on Increasing Halal Tourism.

Pandemi Covid-19 telah menyebabkan penurunan pertumbuhan ekonomi di seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Pemerintah mengambil tindakan tegas dengan memberlakukan social distancing, karantina kesehatan maupun pembatasan gerak masyarakat yang mengakibatkan pelarangan kunjungan wisatawan ke objek wisata. Hal tersebut berlaku di seluruh wilayah Indonesia tanpa terkecuali Kabupaten Tulungagung. Kebijakan yang telah di berlakukan pemerintah semenjak awal tahun 2020 membuat Sektor Pariwisata mengalami kelumpuhan. Dalam RPJMD kabupaten Tulungagung sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu prioritas pembangunan. Pemerintah Kabupaten Tulungagung harus berani mengambil langkah untuk menangani kondisi ini dengan melakukan pengkajian ulang terhadap perencanaan di sektor pariwisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi ekonomi sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Tulungagung selama masa pandemi Covid 19 yang terdiri dari jumlah wisatawan dan PDRB perkapita serta memberikan rekomendasi strategi kebijakan kepada Pemerintah Kabupaten Tulungagung yang dapat dilakukan pada masa pandemi covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Jumlah wisatawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PAD sektor pariwisata, sedangkan untuk PDRB perkapita berpengaruh positif dan tidak siginifikan terhadap PAD sektor pariwisata. Namun kedua Variabel independen secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen.

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a decline in economic growth in all regions of Indonesia. The government took firm action by imposing social distancing, health quarantine and restrictions on people's movements which resulted in banning tourist visits to tourist objects. This applies in all regions of Indonesia without exception. The policies that have been enforced by the government since early 2020 have paralyzed the tourism sector. In the Tulungagung district RPJMD the tourism sector is one of the development priorities. The Tulungagung Regency Government must have the courage to take steps to deal with this condition by conducting a review of planning in the tourism sector. This study aims to determine the economic potential of the tourism sector in Tulungagung Regency during the Covid 19 pandemic which consists of the number of tourists and PDRB per capita and to provide policy strategy recommendations to the Tulungagung Regency Government that can be carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The results of the analysis show that the number of tourists has a positive and significant effect on the tourism sector's PAD, while per capita PDRB has a positive and insignificant effect on the tourism sector's PAD. But the two independent variables simultaneously affect the dependent variable.]

Analisis Tingkat Kesehatan Keuangan pada PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk dengan Metode CAMEL Tahun 2018-2022

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan keuangan pada PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk dengan metode CAMEL tahun 2018-2022. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan rasio CAR yang dimiliki PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk pada tahun 2018-2022 termasuk dalam kategori sangat sehat karena berada diatas 12%. Kualitas aset dihitung menggunakan rasio NPF dengan predikat sehat di tahun 2018-2019 dan sangat sehat di tahun 2020-2022. Sedangkan rasio PDN untuk menganalisis manajemen berada dalam kategori cukup sehat. Rentabilitas perusahaan dihitung menggunakan 4 rasio, ROA, ROE, BOPO dan NI. Pada tahun 2018-2019 ROA berpredikat kurang sehat, tetapi terus berbenah pada 2020 untuk mendapatkan predikat sehat, dan berhasil mendapatkan predikat sangat sehat di tahun 2021 dan 2022, ROE pada tahun 2018 dan 2019 mendapatkan predikat kurat sehat, dan menjadi cukup sehat di tahun 2020, dan semakin baik di tahun 2021-2022 dengan predikat sehat. Rasio BOPO juga hampir sama dengan ROA dan ROE, yakni pada tahun 2018-2019 dalam kategori cukup sehat tetapi berhasil menjadi sangat sehat di 2020-2022. Rasio NI cukup berbeda karena pada 2018 berada dalam predikat sehat tetapi di 2019 mengalami penurunan menjadi cukup sehat, dan kembali pada predikat sehat di tahun 2020-2022. Untuk rasio FDR dalam perhitungannya, pada tahun 2018-2019 berada dalam kategori sehat dan 2020-2021 menjadi sangat sehat tetapi mengalami penurunan pada 2022 menjadi predikat sehat kembali.
