Abstract

ABSTRAK

Kajian ini bermula dari hasil analisis dan pengamatan literatur yang akhir-akhir ini mulai memperhatikan kesehatan mental. Kondisi ini ini mulai mendapatkan perhatian seiring majunya peradaban manusia dan tingginya tuntutan hidup. Kehidupan yang nyaman dimulai dari lingkup yang paling kecil yakni keluarga. Islam sebagai agama rahmatan lil ‘alamin juga memberi tuntunan bagaimana kehidupan dunia agar seimbang dan berdampak pada kebaikan akhirat. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan ingin mengkaji 1) bagaimana  membangun kesehatan berdasarkan Islam dan 2) bagaimana membangun keluarga yang tenteram dan sejahtera. Dari penelitian ini diharapkan bisa  mengarah pada kesehatan mental berbasis ajaran Islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian literatur
