Abstract

ABSTRAK

Kajian ini bermula dari hasil analisis dan pengamatan literatur yang akhir-akhir ini mulai memperhatikan kesehatan mental. Kondisi ini ini mulai mendapatkan perhatian seiring majunya peradaban manusia dan tingginya tuntutan hidup. Kehidupan yang nyaman dimulai dari lingkup yang paling kecil yakni keluarga. Islam sebagai agama rahmatan lil ‘alamin juga memberi tuntunan bagaimana kehidupan dunia agar seimbang dan berdampak pada kebaikan akhirat. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan ingin mengkaji 1) bagaimana  membangun kesehatan berdasarkan Islam dan 2) bagaimana membangun keluarga yang tenteram dan sejahtera. Dari penelitian ini diharapkan bisa  mengarah pada kesehatan mental berbasis ajaran Islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian literatur

Mohammad Jailani, S. Hum, M.P.d born in Pamekasan, February 4, 1992 Has completed his undergraduate education at Ahmad Dahlan University, majoring in Arabic Language and Literature, Faculty of Islamic Religion (2017). Alhamdulillah, in 2022, he has completed his master's studies at the Master of Islamic Religious Education, Ahmad Dahlan University, Yogyakarta. Now in the process of continuing his doctoral studies in the field of Islamic education at the State Islamic University of Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, Indonesia (UIN Suka Yogyakarta) (2022). Alhamdulillah, the achievement in S2 is being a cum laude student and the fastest student in 1 year 6 months 4 days.

The concentration of researchers in the fields of Arabic learning media, Islamic religious education learning media, Arabic language education, Islamic religious education, and Islamic studies. His track record can be seen in Google Scholar and the researcher's Curriculum Vitae. While studying at the Master of Islamic Religious Education, the researcher was active in writing in reputable national and international journals. Actively participates in international conferences as first author and presenter. Have intellectual property rights whose copyright has been recognized by the Ministry of Human Rights.

 Active as an Ismuba teacher teaching Al-Qur'an Hadith Education (Islamic Religious Education UAD, Arabic Language Education, and Kemuhammadiyahan Education at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. Active as a lecturer assistant while a student. As well as being a section editor in the Arabiyatuna journal (Arabic journal). IAIN Curup. In its master's program (postgraduate) it produces a final project with the title "Development of Audio Visual-Based Arabic Learning Media at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta to Improve Student Outcomes."
