Abstract
Berangkat dari asumsi bahwa kinerja pegawai akan dipengaruhi oleh kesesuaian penempatan pegawai terutama kesesuaian pendidikan, kesesuaian keterampilan dan kesesuain pengalaman kerja pada Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri (STAIN) Pamekasan, Dengan demikian Kinerja Pegawai Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri (STAIN) Pamekasan dipengaruhi oleh kesesuaian penempatan pegawai. Dengan tiga kesesuaian penempatan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor kesesuaian penempatan pegawai dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri (STAIN) Pamekasan.
