Hal ini karena kebudayaan luar dapat masuk ke dalam kebudayaan lokal, yang kadangkala kebudayaan luar ini merubah atau bahkan menghapus kebudayaan lokal sebuah masyarakat. Akibatnya adalah banyak anggota masyarakat yang mulai tidak memahami kebudayaan lokal mereka. Realitas ini tentu dirasa miris, hal ini karena kebudayaan lokal seringkali memiliki nilai-nilai pengajaran bagi anggota masyarakatnya. Salah satu bentuk kebudayaan lokal yang sarat akan nilai ajarannya adalah konsep <em>Sangkan Paraning Dumadi</em> yang terdapat pada Sumbu Filosofis Keraton Yogyakarta. Sumbu ini adalah garis lurus yang menghubungkan Panggung Krapyak, Keraton Yogyakarta, dan Tugu Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini fokus menganalisis Sumbu Filosofis pada Jalan Margautama, Jalan Maliabara, Jalan Margamulya, dan Jalan Pangurakan yang membentang dari Tugu Yogyakarta sampai Keraton melalui perspektif filsafat kebudayaan dari van Peursen. Melalui metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, disimpulkan bahwa empat jalan tersebut dalam tahap ontologis dimaknai sebagai “ilmu” mengenai bagaimana seorang Muslim mendekat kepada Allah. Dan pada tahapan fungsional, empat jalan tersebut oleh masyarakat setempat dimaknai sebagai lokasi bisnis. The number of conflicts that arose and were related to religion has finally brought academic discourse to a struggle among thinkers related to the discourse of religion as a source of conflict. This article highlights the conflicts in Indonesia due to the discourse of thinkers. The article explores several related literature to illustrate how the discourse is debated. Some Qur'anic verses and their interpretations are also included to emphasize the author's argument and positioning in the discourse. At the national level, domestic thinkers are divided into two camps between those who say religion is a source of conflict and those who do not. At the international level, this discourse even reaches the assumption of religion, especially Islam, as a threat. Some Western thinkers have also proposed the idea of a world without Islam or even without religion. This article concludes that religious conflicts contain many complex elements so that religion cannot necessarily be used as a scapegoat for all problems. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian studi kasus, merupakan suatu upaya penyelidikan terhadap fenomena kontemporer dalam konteks kehidupan nyata. Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan mulai dari observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan rekaman arsip serta sumber penunjang lainnya berupa buku dan artikel. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah mongunom manginano merupakan suatu ritual pengobatan tradisional yang dituturkan secara turun-temurun dan memiliki ciri khas yakni menggunakan simbol buaya dalam proses ritualnya. Kepercayaan masyarakat Buol terhadap ritual pengobatan mongunom manginano merupakan bentuk upaya terakhir untuk mencari kesembuhan, setelah melalui upaya medis namun belum berhasil. Prosesi ritual pengobatan mongunom manginano dalam pelaksanaannya menggunakan doa-doa yang dipanjatkan kepada Allah SWT. The research employs a literature review approach, utilizing scholarly sources related to the overarching themes of tradition and Islamic law. The data analysis follows an interactive analysis model. The findings indicate that Madurese people, rich in cultural, traditional, and heritage values, have adopted a cultural approach as part of their efforts to strengthen family resilience. A concrete effort in this regard is the implementation of the <em>séré pénang </em>Tradition, regarded as a symbol of family commitment. This tradition has positive implications for enhancing the resilience of family components to both internal and external pressures. The evaluation of the <em>séré pénang </em>Tradition demonstrates its alignment with the principles of Islamic law, both directly and indirectly, without conflicting with the concepts and principles of Islamic law.</p> Achmad Muzammil Alfan Nasrullah Moh. This study aims to describe how consciousness of Muslim students at Semarang to use halal cosmetics. Researchers used mix-method qualitative-quantitative research methods with survey techniques. Sampling was done by using cluster random sampling technique at public and religious universities in Semarang City. Data collection techniques used questionnaire on 145 female students from 7 major universities in the city of Semarang. Last analysis used religious psychology. The results of the research have shown that their level of consciousness to carry out Islamic values ​​in daily life reaches 90.3%. Various innovations and creations of hadith literature began to emerge, such as Omar Hana's Islamic animated content. This research focuses on the internalization of hadith in Omar Hana's Islamic animation content as a way of Islamic child education, with the formulation of problems that include the interpretation of hadith in Omar Hana's Islamic animation content, aesthetic value, and its positive implications. The goal is to reveal the form of hadith reception in Omar Hana's Islamic animation in internalizing the Prophet's hadith as Islamic child education. The method used in the research is library research with the theory of reception introduced by Ahmad Rafiq, which refers to three steps, namely exegesis, aesthetic, and functional. This study found the first fact, that the hadith in Omar Hana's Islamic animation content is conveyed with song lyrics accompanied by typical children's backsound and displays the hadith translation at the end of the video. Second, the reception of the hadith text in the content of Omar and Hana uses aesthetic reception of hadith in the form of digitally animated visualization. While the hadith used is themed on daily practices from waking up to sleeping again by taking pieces of the matan of the hadith without including the sanad and the quality of the hadith.
