The Professionalism of Teachers Plays a Key Role in Enhancing Student Cognitive Abilities, Particularly in Islamic Cultural History (SKI) Subjects at the Madrasah Level. This research aims to analyze the professionalism of SKI teachers and its impact on improving students' cognitive abilities at MTsN 1 Pamekasan. The research method employed a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research subjects included SKI subject teachers, the school principal, and a number of students.

Research findings reveal that the professionalism of SKI teachers at MTsN 1 Pamekasan is reflected through professional and pedagogical competencies that are quite good, while personal and social aspects are excellent. The strategies implemented include the use of innovative learning methods, technology-based learning media development, and contextual approaches in delivering Islamic history materials.

The research findings demonstrate a positive correlation between teacher professionalism and the improvement of students' cognitive abilities, characterized by an increase in average learning outcomes and enhanced student interest and motivation in studying Islamic Cultural History. The translation maintains the academic tone and preserves the key points of the original Indonesian text, presenting a clear and professional English version of the research abstract.

PENGEMBANGAN E-LKPD BERBASIS LIVEWORKSHEETS PADA MATA KULIAH PERENCANAAN PEMBELAJARAN DI IAIN MADURA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi proses pengembangan E-LKPD berbasis Liveworksheets dan efektifitasnya dalam pembelajaran pada mata kuliah perencanaan pembelajaran di IAIN Madura. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Data diperoleh dari sumber primer yaitu hasil uji coba produk sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari literatur terdahulu yang terkait. Adapun teknik pengumpulan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan validasi dan angket. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Proses pengembangan E-LKPD berbasis Liveworksheets dilakukan dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yaitu Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. Sedangkan efektifitas pengembangan E-LKPD berbasis Liveworksheets pada mata kuliah perencanaan pembelajaran di IAIN madura, mendapatkan persentase total 97%, dengan kategori sangat efektif.

ABSTRACT

The existence of media in learning activities is quite important because as an intermediary the teacher communicates with his students, but its implementation must be consistent with the teaching materials so that the delivery can run optimally. Using a case study type of research with a qualitative approach where data is obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. Based on research, PAI learning at SMP Negeri 3 Jombang runs smoothly, students' grades are good and implementation of religious programs is consistent. Exploration of audio-visual media in PAI learning is constrained by learning facilities, the need to develop material visualization, and adjustments to students' learning characteristics. The dynamics of interaction between PAI teachers and students in using audio-visual media can be used as an evaluation of PAI learning and the relationship between PAI teachers and students can be established well, supported by the teacher's competence.

This research aims to analyze the Pondok Syawal activity program based on Malam Bina Iman dan Taqwa (MABIT) in cultivating Islamic character and understanding of the Islamic religion in students at MAN 2 Malang City. This activity program was carried out at the Al-Hayatul Islamiyah Islamic Boarding School, Malang City. This research uses a mixed method (quantitative-qualitative) sequential exploratory design. Data collection was carried out through surveys, in-depth interviews, and participant observation. The research subjects were students at MAN 2 Malang City who took part in the Pondok Syawal program in 1445 H, totaling 20 participants. The research results show that program is effective in cultivating Islamic character and understanding of the Islamic religion in students. This program contributed to the Islamic character of 92.8% (very good) and understanding of the Islamic religion of 78.4% (good). This program provides meaningful and contextual learning experiences for students, so they can understand and practice Islamic teachings better. Then students become more disciplined, have good morals, and understand Islamic teachings better. The findings of this research provide important implications for the implementation of Islamic education programs in madrasas. The MABIT-based Pondok Syawal program can be an alternative Islamic education program that is effective and beneficial for students.

This research was carried out because it was motivated by cases of many character abuses committed by children, especially children who had disadvantaged family backgrounds. Whether it is the absence of parents, or economic problems that make children less concerned about character formation, especially religious character. The aim of this research is to describe the formation of the religious character of foster children at the Kasih Mesra Demak Children's Social Services Home (PPSA). In this research, the type of research used is descriptive qualitative field research. This research uses data collection methods in the form of interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires. Based on the research that has been carried out, the researchers obtained the results that the religious character of foster children is formed through providing understanding through guidance, the example of orphanage caregivers, and through scheduled habituation activities. Activities that focus on methods of providing understanding can be seen in the activities of providing guidance, namely: biological, psychological, social and religious guidance. Activities that focus on the habituation method applied at PPSA Kasih Mesra Demak are: congregational prayers, reciting the Koran, gatherings and praying together, as well as all activities that have been carried out. This research aims to analyze the role of Islamic religious education teachers in developing students' attitudes of tolerance, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by teachers in the process of developing students' attitudes of tolerance. This research uses a qualitative approach, and data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. In contrast, the analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman analysis techniques with data condensation, data presentation, and verification. The results of this research show that PAI teachers at SMAN 2 Sangatta Utara play a role in developing students' attitudes of tolerance, PAI teachers act as educators, teachers, mentors, trainers and role models. Apart from that, PAI teachers also play a role in teaching the values of tolerance through discussions, case studies and extracurricular activities, as well as creating an environment that respects diversity by encouraging positive interactions between students from various religious backgrounds. Supporting factors in implementing multicultural education include teacher commitment, cooperation with parents and the community, and support from the school administration while inhibiting factors include new students who have difficulty adapting and lack of support from the home environment, which is often internally related.

Technology is an important role in world of education today's, the need for technology is very necessary in this era.
