<p>This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing superior madrasah: strategies in increasing the competitiveness of graduates as superior madrasah at MTsN 1 Bireuen. This study uses descriptive designs with a qualitative approach. The results of the study state that the results of SWOT analysis in the implementation of external analysis identify which include several aspects that need to be considered, namely the development of technology and programs that must be developed by the madrasah as well as threats that need to be face. Meanwhile, the internal analysis focuses on the strengths and weaknesses of the madrasah, including the curriculum, facilities and professional education personnel. Based on the SWOT analysis that has been carried out, the strategies that need to be carried out include: 1) development of excellent programs, 2) leaning innovation, 3) madrasah achievements, 4) cooperation network, 5) mastery of technology, 6) education personnel, 7) the personalization approach can be implemented well to achieve excellence in output in the form of competitive graduates from the results of the education process.</p>Rahma Maulidya Yunus

<p><em>This research aims to conceptualize the functions of prophetic educational management as contained in the Qur'an, particularly through the study of verses that narrate the story of Prophet Solomon (AS). Utilizing the content analysis research method, this study identifies and elaborates on the educational management principles applied by Prophet Solomon (AS), which include planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring functions. In terms of planning, Prophet Solomon (AS) is known for his ability to formulate clear strategies and goals. Organizing is evident from his ability to structure his government and distribute tasks effectively. The implementation function is reflected in his ability to make decisions and implement policies wisely. Meanwhile, monitoring is conducted through strict control and evaluation mechanisms to ensure that tasks are executed according to plan. The findings indicate that the story of Prophet Solomon (AS) in the Qur'an provides practical and philosophical guidance relevant to the development of modern educational management. <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manajemen peserta didik merupakan aspek penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Meliputi pengelolaan secara efisien dan efektif seluruh kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan peserta didik dan sumber daya lainnya untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perencanaan, pembinaan, dan evaluasi siswa di Madrasah Tsanawiyah An-Nizham Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan melibatkan kepala madrasah, guru, dan komite. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa Pertama, analisis perencanaan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah An-Nizham Kota Jambi yaitu analisis kebutuhan calon peserta didik, proses penerimaan, seleksi peserta didik, orientasi, penempatan, pengelompokan, dan pelaporan peserta didik. Kedua, pembinaan yang sudah dilakukan dengan kedisiplinan peserta didik melalui sholat dhuha setiap pagi hari, pembinaan kepemimpinan dalam berorganisasi, bimbingan Konseling diberikan oleh guru bimbingan konseling. Ketiga, evaluasi siswa dengan menggunakan tolak ukur untuk menghitung skor prestasi siswa serta evaluasi terhadap hasil kurikuler dan ekstra kurikuler sebagai tolak ukur untuk mengetahui perkembangan siswa sesuai bakat dan minat.</span></p>SummiyaniHilmiYuliana AfifahFransisko Chaniago

<p><em>The implementation of authentic assessment in the field has not yet been fully optimized. Teachers at madrasahs still face difficulties in planning and carrying out authentic assessments. This research aims to: first, analyze the implementation of cognitive domain evaluation; second, analyze the implementation of affective domain evaluation; and third, analyze the implementation of psychomotor domain evaluation. The study was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri within the Pidie District, Aceh. This research employs a qualitative approach, using interviews as the data collection technique. The findings of the study reveal several key points: first, the implementation of cognitive domain evaluation in Madrasah Aliyah is carried out with a 100% score, utilizing essay tests at 43% and objective tests at 57%. Second, the use of instruments for the affective aspect by teachers is at 57%, which is considered moderate. <p><em>This study aims to describe and analyze the practice of achievement-oriented behavior by the head of RA Nurul Dzikri towards teachers in the implementation of the independent curriculum. Theoretically, the practice of achievement-oriented behavior is one manifestation of the practice of path-goal leadership. This research uses a qualitative research approach with a phenomenological research type. Data was collected using interviews, observation, and documentation. Then the data were analyzed using the data analysis technique of the Miles and Huberman models, which consisted of three stages: data reduction, data display, and verification. The results showed that the practice of achievement-oriented behavior by the head of RA towards teachers in the implementation of the independent curriculum and moderation of religion at RA Nurul Dzikri was carried out through the following steps: (1) Identifying problems in the implementation of the independent curriculum and moderation of religion; (2) Make remedial efforts to overcome problems in implementing the independent curriculum and religious moderation; (3) Giving teachers space to be creative in implementing the independent curriculum and religious moderation; and (4) Providing opportunities for teachers to increase their competence in implementing the independent curriculum and religious moderation. These four steps have made teacher RA Nurul Dzikri gain achievements in implementing the independent curriculum by making it a national-scale benchmarking center for other early childhood education institutions in implementing the independent curriculum.</em></p>Novan Ardy WiyaniNovi Mulyani

<p><em>Sekolah saat ini dipandang sebagai perusahaan penyedia jasa pendidikan. Sebagai perusahaan, masyarakat sudah tidak lagi dipandang sebagai user pendidikan melainkan costumer pendidikan. Akibatnya, muncul persaingan antar lembaga pendidikan untuk mendapatkan costumer (siswa) sebanyak-banyak. Penelitian memiliki misi untuk mengetahui strategi yang digunakan oleh pondok pesantren Darul Ulum Banyuanyar Pamekasan dalam membangun image branding melalui media sosial di masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan analisis deksriptif kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan analisis deksriptif kualitatif. Ada dua data primer yang digunakan, yaitu aktivitas pondok pesantren Darul Ulum Banyuanyar di media sosial seperti Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), Youtube, dan Tiktok dan wawancara. <p><em>This research aims to explore the implementation, results, and supporting and inhibiting factors of digitalization-based learning quality improvement management implemented at Madrasah Ummul Quro At-Tarbawiyah Putri. This research was conducted using a qualitative model with a variety of case study approaches. The results of this research show that the implementation of management to improve the quality of digitalization-based learning at Madrasah Ummul Quro At-Tarbawiyah Putri was carried out in three stages, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. The results of the management of improving the quality of digitalization-based learning are very visible, it is easier for teachers to convey learning, and female students can easily understand lessons related to visualization. Supporting factors in improving the quality of digitalization-based learning include developments in digitalization and the demands of the times, the availability of digital technology, and full support from the boarding school leadership, as well as the enthusiasm of the teacher council in improving the quality of learning. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are that the cost of providing digital facilities is very expensive, and teachers' digital literacy abilities are uneven.</em></p>Ach. <p><em>Karakter peduli lingkungan merupakan salah satu karakter yang harus di bentuk oleh stakeholder pendidikan kepada peserta didik. Peduli lingkungan merupakan sikap dan tindakan seseorang yang mencerminkan bahwasanya dirinya terus mengupayakan agar lingkungannya tetap terjaga yaitu dengan mencegah kerusakan lingkungan serta berusaha untuk memperbaiki kerusakan-kerusakan alam yang sudah terjadi. Salah satu program yang dapat membentuk karakter peduli lingkungan yaitu dengan adanya layanan program ekstrakurikuler pramuka. Melalui kegiatan pramuka, siswa tidak hanya dapat mengasah jiwa kepemimpinan, tolong menolong dan kedisiplinan saja melainkan juga dapat meningkatkan jiwa kepeduliannya terhadap lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber datanya terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru pembina pramuka dan juga siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, strategi pembentukan karakter peduli lingkungan melalui layanan program ekstrakulikuler pramuka SMA Negeri 2 Pamekasan yaitu dengan melakukan pembiasaan-pembiasaan yang berhubungan dengan peduli lingkungan kepada siswa, menempelkan media poster peduli lingkungan di sekitar lingkungan sekolah, memberikan himbauan serta bekerjasama dengan pihak luar; kedua, faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya, faktor pendukungnya: kegiatan Pramuka di SMA Negeri 2 Pamekasan yang bersifat wajib sehingga dapat secara terus menerus dalam mengajarkan peduli lingkungan kepada siswa. <p>Character education is the main foundation in shaping the personality and morals of the younger generation in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with field studies to understand and describe the process of character building at this madrasah. The research findings indicate that the implementation of Islamic religious education policies at MA Darul Amin plays a significant role in enhancing the students' religious character and noble morals. Programs such as daily worship routines, character education based on Islamic values, Islamic extracurricular activities, and an Islamic school environment contribute to the character formation of students. Strengthening the role of teachers as role models and collaboration with parents and the community are also key factors in the success of this program. This study found that Islamic religious education at MA Darul Amin not only enhances students' spirituality but also strengthens their social awareness. The implementation of this policy shapes students who not only excel academically but also possess good character and are ready to contribute positively to society. This research contributes to the development of Islamic religious education policies in Southeast Aceh and the improvement of the quality of education at MA Darul Amin Kutacane.</p>Musdalipah PutriHasmiani

<p><em>This research is motivated by the development of Islamic religious education at Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata, where the curriculum patterns have become increasingly diverse over time. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of Islamic education curriculum management based on the local wisdom of the pesantren. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological type is used. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study show that the curriculum is implemented through the stages of planning, curriculum implementation, structured program arrangements, assignment of teaching duties, and curriculum evaluation or assessment. <p><em>This research aims to describe the change management of the Tahfidz Khairunnas Sreseh Sampang Islamic Boarding School which includes planning, implementation and control systems. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data sources were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Informants include the Islamic boarding school manager, dormitory head/caretaker, and mudabbir. Meanwhile, data analysis is carried out through condensation, presentation and conclusions. The results of this research show that the planning for changes to the Tahfidz Khairunnas Islamic boarding school includes planning for takhassus and non-takhassus programs, student targets that are clearly arranged in the Sikhair application system, financing with two types, namely regular and scholarships, sophisticated teaching and learning facilities such as tablets and projectors, a clear vision and mission. created from the center, as well as gel system planning. The implementation of changes in Islamic boarding schools includes the implementation of the vision and mission carried out with collaboration (internal and external), the use of the tasmi', ziyadah and murojaah curriculum, and the application of the cultures found in Islamic boarding schools. <p><em>Strategi kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dan supervisi pendidikan merupakan faktor penting dalam upaya peningkatan profesionalisme guru. Kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah yang meliputi kemampuan merencanakan, mengorganisasi, mengkoordinasikan, mengontrol, serta mampu memanfaatkan sumber daya sekolah secara maksimal turut berperan dalam memberdayakan guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensinya. Penelitian ini berjenis kualitatif dengan metode kepustakaan. Informasi dikumpulkan lewat referensi yang relevan buat dianalisis semacam mengumpulkan informasi dengan mengenali wacana dari bermacam rujukan semacam buku-buku, makalah ataupun postingan, jurnal, internet (website) ataupun informasi lain berbentuk data, majalah serta lain sebagainya yang berkaitan dengan strategi kompetensi manajerial dan supervisi pendidikan dalam meningkatkan profesional guru. Upaya peningkatan profesionalisme guru yang dilaksanakan secara terpadu antara kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dan supervisi pendidikan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran sehingga tujuan pendidikan dapat tercapai.
