Abstrak
Artikel ini fokus pada moderasi konsep Jihad dalam fikih siyasah, sebagai kaunter wacana terhadap radikalisasi konsep jihad dan terorisme. Tujuan artikel ini ingin fokus menjawab tiga hal. Pertama, bagaimana Fikih Siyasah menyikapi aksi terorisme? Kedua, apakah terorisme bisa disebut jihad? Ketiga, Bagaimana konsep jihad yang moderat dalam perspektif Fikih Siyasah? Untuk menjawab ini penulis menggunakan metodologi normatif dengan pendekatan analisis teks fikih syiyasah dan analisis kritis terhadap radikalisasi jihad. Penulis menemukan bahwa moderasi beragama dalam jihad harus fase-fase yang sesuai dengan tuntutan situasi dan kondisi dengan konteks global yaitu; jihâdu al-nafs, lalu mujâhadatu al-âkharîn dan kemudian jihâd bî al-qitâl.
