Pengembangan Layanan Bimbingan Dan Konseling IAIN Madura Melalui Tes Psikologi Di Lembaga Pendidikan Islam SMP Plus Nurul Hikmah Pamekasan
Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the psychological testing program carried out by the laboratory and service center of IAIN Madura Islamic Education Guidance And Counseling Study Program as an effort to develop the program’s service center using the CIPP approach; Context, Input, Process, Product. This research is a qualitative approach with a case study type. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews and document review. The data analysis uses Miles and Huberman's analysis. The research results show; the implementation of psychological tests at SMP Plus Nurul Hikmah is carried out through 3 stages; pre-implementation, implementation and post-implementation which in the CIPP spectrum describe as the context, input and process. Context is related to the backround starting from the socialization and communication. Input shows the competence of managers who on avarage have a master’s degree in psychology, and Counseling Guidance. The implications that arise from the implementation of the test, including; the identification of student talents and interests, a self-development program and the orientation of Olympic competitions, which in CIPP perspective is called as product.
