KARSA has no APCs, submission charges, or another fee. Articles are submitted via the KARSA journal management system or OJS. Anyone is free to register on this system and submit an article. Submission and article processing  for publication are free of charge. KARSA copyright and license agreement, the articles are available online free of charge and the the authors retain the copyright of their work, which is distributed by KARSA under a free license (CC-BY-NC).
