Abstract

The new form is expected to invite good deed to those performing bhubuwhân. Furthermore, it analyzes if bhubuwân is a hibah (non-binding gift), arisan (regular social gathering whose members contribute to and take turns at winning an aggregate sum of money), debt, and an investation model. It suggests that bhubuwân could attract a capital service supplier as a kind of capital transaction. It might be banking and non-banking ones. Moreover, they are able to manage this “money machine” well based on the syriah (Islamic law) principles. Bhubuwân is considered a social motivation, it is anticipated to run everlastingly with minimizing current risks.
