STUDI KOMPARASI PENGELOLAAN SD ISLAM UNGGULAN DI KABUPATEN PAMEKASAN
Abstract
SD Islam unggulan di Pamekasan (SDI Al-Munawarah, SDIT Al-
Irsyad, dan SDP Nurul Hikmah) dalam hal penerimaan,
pengelompokan, dan pembinaan siswa. Untuk melakukan perbandingan,
dilakukan penelitian komparatif dengan pendekatan
kualitatif dan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
input siswa di ketiga SD tersebut bukan yang terbaik secara
akademik, karena hampir tidak ada seleksi ketat secara akademik.
Pengelompokan siswa di tiga SD bervariasi, ada yang berdasar
kualitas, ada yang berdasar jenis kelamin, dan ada yang
merupakan gabungan keduanya. Sedangkan pembinaan siswa di
tiga SD dilakukan cukup optimal, baik dalam jam-jam belajar
sekolah maupun di luar jam terjadwal.
