IMPLEMENTASI PUNISHMENT MENGHAFAL SURAT PENDEK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEDISIPLINAN SISWA DI MI ALKHALILI SUMBER BUNGUR PAKONG PAMEKASAN

Abstract

Dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan, tentunya memiliki berbagai macam punishment yang nantinya akan diberikan kepada siswa yang melanggar peraturan madrasah. Punishment yang diberikan kepada siswa haruslah mengandung unsur edukatif, hingga nantinya siswa akan mendapatkan hikmah melalui punishment yang mereka terima, seperti halnya punishment yang diterapkan di MI Alkhalili Sumber Bungur Pakong Pamekasan yakni dengan menerapkan punishment menghafal surat pendek. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Sumber data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan juga dokumentasi. Informannya adalah yang menurut peneliti dianggap menguasai bidang yang diteliti oleh peneliti, seperti Kepala Sekolah serta Guru diMadrasah Ibtidaiyah Alkhalili Sumber Bungur Pakong Pamekasan. Sedangkan untuk pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui perpanjang keikutsertaan, peningkatan ketekunan dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh diantaranya implementasi punishment menghafal surat pendek ditujukan kepada seluruh siswa yang melanggar peraturan madrasah dengan menghafal surat-surat pendek di depan kelas. Kemudian faktor pendorong implementasi punishment menghafal surat pendek tersebut adalah adanya program tahunan madrasah yakni menghafal surat-surat pendek tertentu, dukungan orang tua, adapun faktor penghambat diantaranya ada beberapa siswa yang masih belum fasih membaca Al-Qur’an dan sedikit mengganggu KBM di jam pertama. Serta tingkat kedisiplinan siswa setelah dilakukan punishment menghafal surat pendek yakni kedisiplinan siswa di MI Alkhalili Sumber Bungur Pakong semakin meningkat, dibuktikan dengan siswa yang senantiasa mematuhi aturan yang ditetapkan di madrasah.

Abstract


             In an educational institution, of course, it has various kinds of punishment which will later be given to students who violate madrasah regulations. Punishment given to students must contain an educational element, so that later students will get wisdom through the punishment they receive, such as the punishment applied at MI Alkhalili Sumber Bungur Pakong Pamekasan, namely by applying the punishment of memorizing short letters. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Sources of data obtained through interviews, observation, and also documentation. The informants are those who, according to the researcher, are considered to have mastered the field being researched by the researcher, such as the Principal and Teacher at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Alkhalili Sumber Bungur Pakong Pamekasan. Meanwhile, checking the validity of the data was carried out by extending participation, increasing persistence and triangulation. The results obtained include the implementation of the punishment for memorizing short letters addressed to all students who violate the rules of the madrasah by memorizing short letters in front of the class. Then the driving factor for the implementation of the punishment for memorizing short letters is the existence of an annual madrasah program, namely memorizing certain short letters, support from parents, as well as inhibiting factors, including some students who are still not fluent in reading the Qur'an and slightly disturb the teaching and learning activities in the first hour. . As well as the level of student discipline after being punished by memorizing short letters, namely the discipline of students at MI Alkhalili Sumber Bungur Pakong is increasing, as evidenced by students who always obey the rules set at the madrasah.
