Abstract
Evaluasi hasil pembelajaran merupakan siklus rutin dari sebuah aktivitas pendidikan di berbagai tingkatan. Hampir mustahil suatu aktivitas pendidikan yang dituangkan dalam proses pembelajaran tidak dilaksanakan pula proses evaluasinya. Dengan demikian maka evaluasi sebenarnya merupakan sesuatu yang lumrah dan bahkan mengalir begitu saja sesuai dengan kalender pendidikan. Oleh karena dianggap sudah biasa, maka kerapkali prosesnya dilakukan dengan tidak semestinya, tanpa perencanaan yang matang, dan tanpa kiat-kiat strategis, tidak terarah, dan sebagainya.
