OKARA: Jurnal Bahasa dan Sastra accepted 9 research articles and 1 literature review article authored and co-authored by 22 authors. The geographical reach of authorship improved, indicated by the increased number of foreign authors, which reached 12 foreign authors/ co-authors (more than 50%). They are affiliated with universities from various countries of origin (Pingdingshan University, China; Université Lyon 2, France; Mountain Province State Polytechnic College & Cebu Technological University, Philippines; University of the Holy Quran and Islamic Sciences, Sudan; Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdullah University (USMBA), Morocco; and Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand). The subjects discussed involve Indonesian indigenous languages, nativespeakerism, historiography, discourse analysis, etc.
