ORIENTASI PEMBINAAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN PROFESI GURU DI MADRASAH

dan dikembangkan. Pembinaan dan pengembangan profesi guru di
madrasah haruslah diorientasikan pada: (1) berbasis program
penelitian, (2) menyiapkan guru untuk menguji dan mengakses
kemampuan praktis dirinya, (3) diorganisasikan dengan pendekatan
kolegialitas, (4) berfokus pada partisipasi guru dalam proses
pembuatan keputusan mengenai isu-isu esensial di lingkungan
madrasah, dan (5) membantu guru-guru yang dipandang masih
lemah pada beberapa aspek tertentu dari kompetensinya. Dengan
demikian, di lingkungan madrasah, kegiatan ini merujuk kepada
peluang-peluang belajar (learning opportunities) yang didesain secara
sengaja untuk membantu pertumbuhan profesional guru.
