The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).

The manuscript is an original work of the researcher, not a result of plagiarism or someone else's work.

The work is not being or has not been submitted to several similar journals to avoid duplicate publication.

Incoming manuscripts will be evaluated by the editor first and will be checked for similarity, the maximum similarity check is 24%.

The editor has the right to reject the manuscript if there are negative indications and it does not comply with publishing ethics.
