This guideline is designed to ensure that every published article meets high academic writing standards, and reflects the vision and mission of the journal. By following this guideline, authors can present their work in a clear, systematic, and aligned manner with Re-JIEM's identity, thereby enhancing their contribution to the development of science in the field of educational management.

Writing guidelines

• The language of the article is entirely English except for the footnotes and references. If it is taken from a work in another language then that is not a problem.
• The manuscript is in the form of a WORD file such as OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format, but it is highly recommended to submit in .doc or .docx format.
• Paper size : A4
• The top margin; is 4 cm, while the left, right, and bottom margins: are 3 cm.
• Font type: Times New Roman
• Font size: 12 Pt.
• Spacing between lines: 1 space/single.
• Footnote and Bibliography: Chicago Manual of Style 17th edition (full note).
• The Minimum number of pages: are 10 pages excluding the Bibliography.
• The maximum number of pages is 20 pages, including the bibliography.
