GHANCARAN: Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia (P-ISSN: 2714-8955 & E-ISSN: 2715-9132) is an open-access research journal published by the Indonesian Language Education Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah, Institut Agama Islam Negeri Madura in collaboration with the Association of Indonesian Language Education Study Program (IPTABI). This journal publishes conceptual and research-based articles in linguistics, literature, and teaching written in Indonesia. This journal is published twice a year, namely in January and July. GHANCARAN: Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia provides a platform for researchers, academics, professionals, practitioners, and students to provide and share knowledge through empirical and theoretical research papers on linguistics, literature, and teaching. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search for, or link to articles or use them for other lawful purposes without first asking permission from the publisher or author.

Ghâncaran: Journal of Indonesian Language and Literature Education Vol. 7 No. 2 (2025) features 20 selected high-quality manuscripts that represent a rich diversity of perspectives and the latest developments in the fields of language, literature, and education. This issue brings together contributors from several countries, including Indonesia, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, China, and Thailand, reflecting the journal’s expanding international reach and academic reputation. The published articles address contemporary and relevant topics, ranging from studies on glottal stops, ethnolinguistics, and linguistic corpora to critical approaches such as ecocriticism, gastrociticism, cybersastra (cyber literature), feminist literary criticism, and studies on literary psychology and gender. In addition, several manuscripts explore mental health discourse in literature and education, enriching academic discussions through interdisciplinary perspectives. Overall, this issue reaffirms Ghâncaran’s commitment to serving as a scholarly platform that is responsive to disciplinary advancements and to the evolving socio-cultural dynamics within Indonesian language and literary studies.
